Return Policy / Order Cancellation

The terms and conditions described in this policy apply to all products purchased from the online store of the company through the internet at the website www.yellokids.gr.

You have 14 days to change your mind - Right of Withdrawal

If for any reason you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the products to exercise the right of withdrawal. Within this deadline you must inform us by sending an e-mail to [email protected] or by phone to 2299041184. After our information, make sure within the next 10 days to pack properly and send back to our headquarters (YELLO, X. Nikolaou 1A, PC19003 Markopoulo Attica) the products of the order from which you withdrew. We point out that the return costs are borne by you. We, after receiving the products from you and if they are in good condition, will refund you interest-free all your payments (value of products and any shipping costs to you) with the same payment method that you used during the initial transaction.

In case of cash on delivery, then you must indicate a bank account with you as the beneficiary. The refund will be made immediately, and definitely within 14 days from the date we received the products from you. Excluded are any charges chosen by the customer, in addition to the minimum shipping charge, for additional services (specific time delivery, Saturday delivery, etc.).

Defective products

Our company takes every possible measure so that all products (regardless of type) are specially and carefully packaged in order to reach you without damage. In rare cases, however, there is a possibility that one of these products will wear out when shipped to you or you will receive a product with a defect. For this reason and regardless of your right of withdrawal which is not affected, we invite you to check the products upon receipt.

If any of the products is defective or worn, declare it within 5 days of receipt, either by phone at 2299041184 or by email at [email protected].

In case you want to replace it, we will take care of sending it, as soon as we receive the defective one, without any charge for you. Replacement can be done with the same or another product of your choice or the issuance of a credit invoice, which you will be able to use in future purchases from yellokids.gr.

If a product you want for the replacement is not available, the interest paid will be refunded immediately and no later than 14 days after receipt of the defective product.

In case you do not express any reservation about the product you received within 5 days, it means that you received it in the desired condition.

Return and change of product

You can change within TWENTY (20) days from the receipt of any product you bought from the eshop, either electronically or even at the physical retail store, yello, located at 1A Nikolaou Street, Markopoulo, Attica, 19003.

During this period, contact us by phone at 2299041184 or by email at [email protected] to inform us about it.

To select the products with which you wish to change the ones you have, you can enter the eshop and enter in the basket the new products you desire, choosing cash on delivery as a method of payment and writing in the comments “Return of ordered products” where we ask write the number of your original order in order to make a reservation. The products will be stored for up to 10 days, at which time the product you wish to change must be returned.

Carefully pack the products you want to change and be sure to include the retail receipt or change card

Then you should call the transport company with which we cooperate ELTA COURIER in order to receive the products from you and return them to our headquarters (Ch. Nikolaou 1A, PC 19003 Markopoulos). If you use a transport of your choice, you will be fully charged for the return costs.

Once we receive the returned products and confirm that they are well, we will immediately proceed with the shipment of the new products.

The shipping charge for the return and resending of the products, if you use the cooperating courier company ELTA COURIER, is

a) free for the first return / re-shipment, when the initial order is over 40 €

b) charges the consumer with the amount of 3 € for the return and 3 € for the re-shipment of the new products, and the amounts will be cleared upon the completion of the re-shipment

Order cancellation

If the online order has been completed but the product has not been shipped yet, you can call 2299041184 to cancel it or send an email to [email protected].

After the delivery of the products by us to the courier company you must follow the withdrawal procedure described above.

In any case of cancellation of the order, either by your wish or through our fault, you will be reimbursed interest-free the amount of the purchase of the products and in the case of the amount of the shipping costs.

Order cancellation can also be made in case of parcel loss from shipping and subsequent inability to replace the products you ordered. You can also cancel the order if the delivery time does not correspond to what you were informed about and you do not agree to an extension. In both cases, we will refund all the payments you may have made, interest-free and within 14 days of the cancellation of the order.

Refusal to accept

If you refuse to receive the order for any reason and after 10 days from the written notification from the courier company to the address you have stated, we will cancel the order. In this case only the value of the products you have paid is refunded and not any shipping costs you have been charged. Our store reserves the right to reject the sending of orders to customers who have refused to receive their previous orders, without any reason and / or notice.

Necessary documents

Returned products must be accompanied by proof of purchase or change card.

Prerequisites for exercising the right of return are:

  • The product has not been used, no label or markings (eg stickers, brand marking, etc.) on the products have been removed.
  • Also, all items must be returned in excellent condition received without damage, without any defects (subject to the return of defective product), complete and in their packaging (for items received in special packaging).
  • Products that have special rules for hygiene can not be returned, such as masks, swimwear, if there is no adhesive tape, underwear when sold out of packaging.

Impairment of products

Any impairment of the value of the products, ie in case they are not in the condition in which you received them and their characteristics and quality have been visibly altered, will be borne by the customer, and in this case the return of the products will not be accepted. . Instead, they will refund you at your expense and at the same time inform you of the reasons for not accepting the return.
